I ordered a new motor for my grill back in April and I have not received it. I have emailed a half dozen times and they never responded. I have called over a dozen times and the man on the phone says he is in my car and will return my calls although his phone message says he will. I am at my wits end since I have already paid for this item.

June 22, 2023. We apologize that there seems to have been communication issues with our customer who ordered a rotisserie kit for his Char-Broil gas grill. The credit card account was never charged due to an error with the credit card on 4-24-23 (order date 4-21-23). Our customer service rep replied to two of Mr. D******’s emails that we have record of, but no response back. Late this afternoon, I left a phone message with Mr. D******. We also made these attempts to contact Mr. D******:
6-15 Returned phone call. Left message that order was cancelled due to credit card being declined.
5-2 Order cancelled, no response from customer.
5-31 Returned call; unable to leave a message, mailbox full.
5-30 Returned call; unable to leave message, mailbox full.
5-2 Cancelled order due to no response.
4-28 Called customer, left message credit card was declined.
4-24 Emailed customer about declined credit card.Sincerely,

I needed parts to restore and rebuild my Charmglow bbq...the collector boxes were on their way out...rusted and probably woul fall apart.. ordered new collector boxes...they came within 5 days in the mail...they were correct except a little long...I expect bbq come in different sizes and spacing so this part just needed fitting...a little modifying with a hack saw...and they were perfect...thank you for having the parts.Review from Carolyn B

These folks know what they are doing. I ordered replacement parts for an old DCS grill; the parts arrived in record time, expertly packed, and were an exact fit. We had our old grill looking and cooking like a new one in no time. We are very pleased and so glad we found these quality replacement parts.Review from Myriam K

We regret this unfortunate incident happened to our customer. The package was returned by the US Postal Service on 5-26-21 as unable to deliver. On the same day, we emailed/notified our customer asking how she would like to proceed. After no response on 6-16-21 we refunded the account less $6.95 shipping fee per our Return Policy. The address in the order is 2851 NE 183 St. Apt. 2001, Aventura, FL 33160. On 6-18-21 our customer called us asking for status. On the same day, our Customer Service Rep corresponded with our customer by email explaining what happened and offered that the order could be resent. Understandably, our customer was frustrated.
