I Called For Service, On Hold For 29 Minutes Before Arranging Service They Sent An Email With A Stupid E Signature, I Had To Call To Ask HOW Do I Sign A Computer? I Got A Mouthy Little Tart Who Talked Over Me And Wouldn't Listen, Then HUNG UP! So I Called Back And Got Diandra The Original Person I Spoke To Who OF COURSE Couldn't Tell Me HOW TO SIGN A COMPUTER DOCUMENT...HOW HARD IS THAT? She Then Offered To Send Me The Application By Mail Which Would DELAY FURTHER The Bringing Of My Can...IT APPEARS THEY THINK EVERYBODY LIVES ON A COMPUTER...THEYVE FORGITTEN IF THEY EVER KNEW, HOW TO WORK WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS NEEDS INSTEAD OF ACTING LIKE FOOLS.. I Am Thoroughly Disgusted

I apologize for the long hold times. We have been experiencing much higher call volumes than normal this past month.
As for being hung up on we are on an internet based phone line, so if there is any interruption in the internet the call gets dropped. We are working with IT on getting a backup internet in place to stop this issue.

Lastly, for the email signature process is as follows:
We send a digit version of our service contract with your specified serveries along with our terms and conditions.
Once you scroll to the bottom of the last page it will ask you to type your name in or sign with finger if on an ipad or similar device.
After that is done it sends the contract back to one of our representatives and you also get another email with a copy of the executed agreement.
From there your account is sat up and a work order for container delivery is made.

We have a digit contract in place to assist customer needs at a faster pace than mail. But we will still mail contracts, like Diandra offered mail a contract to any customer that has issues with the digital version.
