I ordered a barn. I was told it would take about 6 weeks to build and deliver. The building was delivered in only 3 weeks. The delivery guy did not level it correctly and there is no support anywhere but 4 corners where the skids are. It is not rain proof, I took pics and video of rain coming through the doors all the way around. 5 feet inside the door was soaked along with expensive electronics. Premier has now blocked my phone number so I could not even make a payment if I wanted to. They have a policy of no refunds if I default. They are going to cause a default by their actions. I have more valuables coming from my storage in another state. I have nowhere to put this stuff and Premier is doing nothing to help resolve this issue. I have called their warranty and repair department. After sending my pictures, I can't get anyone on the phone. I am disabled and on a very small budget. Now with the loss of my 2000 watt inverter and my deep cycle battery and mini fridge that were right inside the doors. I'm out about a thousand dollars worth of personal property. I desperately need help with this before Premier portable buildings attempts to illegally repo the building and keep all the money I have given them. I would be fine with a 1500 dollar discount off the sale price, not financed. I can make the building weather proof myself. I just can't risk fixing the building just to have them come and take it back causing me a huge loss of time and money.
