I terminated my employment with my previous provider and 403b in addition to employer contribution were banked with Corebridge Financial. I telephoned Corebridge per instructions given to me by my employer in January to mail me the rollover forms and this was not done. I called two months later very angry and spoke to a Manager and eventually the forms were sent to me which I filled out and the plan administrator from my previous employment signed. I emailed the forms to Corebridge and they completed the rollover for two of the accounts and refused to rollover the third account. I resent the completed forms to Corebridge thinking maybe they didn’t receive the second form and spoke to a representative 4/1/24 enquiring why the funds from the 3rd account were not rollover as indicated and he told me there were no issues and the funds will be rollovers as requested that same day. I am writing you because I checked with Corebridge today and the funds were not rolled over as promised. Corebridge is unable to give me explanation as to why this is not being done as the forms were filled out and signed appropriately. This is very frustrating and I would like you to look into the practice of this organization.
