Additional Information
  • This company's name is being used in a cashier's check scam. BBB investigations reveal that Data Flow is not connected to this scam. The BBB recently received information regarding a check scam involving a company doing business under a similar name to this company. Consumers state that they have received a check in the amount of $3655.00 from a company by the name of Data Flow, LLC, inviting them to become a mystery shopper. The check is not valid. The address on the letter that consumers receive is the same address as BBB Accredited Business Data Flow, Amarillo Texas but the phone number is not the same and does not belong to this company. Consumers should not attempt to cash or deposit the check because it is counterfeit and it would be returned from the bank leaving the consumer responsible for repayment of the check. Officials from Data Flow are aware of the scam.
