Fenton Recently changed to Destination Ford, I purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend on May 5, 2023, while signing contract offered Extended Warranty I said NO I do not want any Extended service, Finance MGR Ginger replied I took it off, then on contract showed a charge for $4,000, and I asked what NWAN was this she said it was basic surcharges on all vehicle, which i later found out from Ford Credit that I purchased a Extended contract and will have to go back to dealer to cancel, I called and was told MGR Eric will call you back, 2 days later never got call So I called him and was told to come in and they would cancel, next morning after 9 am when I got there had to wait 5 minutes , I mentioned still hadn't done tinting that was promised but just forget at this point they are not going to do it, she got up and got Eric the MGR and he starts telling me how he thought was important about Extended warranties was "not a Matter of if ,BUT a matter of when this vehicle will breakdown" I kept saying NO, but he insisted I finally had enough of Eric not LISTENING I walked out! I called later, asked for Ginger, she called back and Told me she was canceling now and would send me copy of cancellation to my Email finished!2 days later nothing checked on line and found out CONTRACTS still active! Initially before Sale was friendly after sale I went in to ask questions and MGR acted that I was IRRITATING !and inquire about tinting that was promised again was told in a couple of days, NO follow through on his part. No one showed me the features, when asked about features after sale was told to READ the MANUAL?! Eric is a very HATEFUL person all because I DID NOT WANT EXTENDED WARRANTY
