Refund & Exchange Policy:Cancellation Policies
ALL cancellations must be in writing.
60 days: Reservations are 75% refundable if cancellation is made 60 days prior to service date.
30 days: Reservations are 50% refundable if cancellation is made 30 days prior to service date.
Less than 30 days: No refunds are available.
AnAn Cancellations: A $10 permit fee (per person) and any other service charge assessed from the USFS will be added to our standard cancellation policies.
AnAn Permit Name Changes: $10 permit fee (per person) and any other service charge assessed to us from the USFS will be added to reservation.
In the rare event that Alaska Waters, Inc. cancels a tour prior to departure and guests cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be granted.
