This the worst management group I have ever encountered. Not attentive to their customers concerns and will do everything to add fees to your **** and when it's time for the costumer to be taken care of they absent or given the run around. When it's their money they're quick to collect but when its time for the customers concern the Manager Cliff is nowhere to be found regardless of countless attempts to reach out. Sorry excuse for an organization and an even worst Manager Cliff.

Very disappointed since the purchase of the property with communication, transparency, and managing contractors.

I have been dealing with them about a contractor dumping ice and snow from the roof onto a grill and shed and dented the grill and broke the shed. I let them know March 31st, 2021, and April 1st, 2021, of this year about the situation. I have continued to email asking for updates, the last time I heard from them was May 25th saying "The contractor has not received payment yet for this project. They have stated they would remedy the shed once payment has been received." I have emailed 3 times since then (again this morning, now Sept 1st, 2021), and no response on what is going on with the situation. No reply to emails. I have called in and our assigned person for our association has never actually been in the office because they are working from home, so I can never talk over the phone to them because it's email only. I have gotten the owner of the business involved and that's the last time I heard a response, May 25th. The owner has been sent all the same emails since then and still no response. **************** has been horrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone. In every email I have asked for an update. Since May 25th, not one! I should not continually (or at all for that matter) have to check on this situation, especially when I get responses like "I will reach out to the contractor and ask for a status update." It is their job to find out what is going on and update me. Very unhappy and displeased with this service. Unfortunately, I cannot put a Zero star.
