    On June 7, 2022 I called Alaska Radiology Associates *** at ************, and left a voicemail message. I was having problems setting up a payment plan on their website; patientnotebook.com/ARA. My computer indicated that it's website was not secure on this computer. I received a call back 06/13/2022. I paid $46.00 that day with a confirmation number of ****** and a plan was made for Alaska Radiology Associates to withdraw $40.00 each month on the 7th, for 11 months to pay the invoice. I assumed this was happening as they said it was in place. I received an email on Friday, 09/17/2022 with a link. I called today, to ensure this email was from them and not phising. ******** ensured me that it was okay to click on the link. She also told me that my account had gone to collections. I explained to her that I had set-up a payment plan with them and gave her the details. She indicated that she could see that, but all the accounts they had that were 120 days overdue went to Corner Stone for collections. I said this was not fair because I had already set up a payment plan with them and assumed that they did their part. She had no answer. I asked to speak with the person who made this decision because it was unfair. She said she could only give this information to her supervisor, *****, and she would have ***** call me back. I asked when I could expect the phone call. ******** said she had no idea because there were so many people calling and complaining. This is horrible and I am very frustrated.

    Attempted to pay my bill online and the website is NOT secure- have an iphone and it told me that there was a very high potential of a credit card scam and phishing- from LISTED payment website for a local business. Called the business and asked about the unsecure website- no clue? And they have no place that accepts in person payment?! Looked and apparently this is not the first complaint to the BBB about this issue.
