            Did an in store order for a sectional on 17 Mar 2021. I was required to put down 50% of purchase price, and then pay the rest when the couch was delivered to the company's warehouse in Alaska where I could pick it up. I paid $1700. I was told the couch would be here in May 2021. The couch is still not in yet as of 8 July 2021 and the last update the store gave me today is that they are not sure when it will be in now. I requested to cancel the order and refund and was told my $1700 was non refundable due to my couch being "special order". The reason it was special order was because they didn't have any inventory of the sectional in stock at the time I ordered it. It has been almost 4 months now without the couch that was supposed to be here in May. I would like to just refund my money because the store can't even give me an estimate of when the couch will be here.
