Discarded by Frecka Plumbing because they tried to over charge me. I have used Frecka Plumbing several times without any issues. The last time I used them for an issue with a urinal at our business, they checked in right as I was going to lunch and the plumber was cleaning up when I got back from lunch (less than an hour). Frecka charged me for 2 hours of service time. The plumber said he had to add travel time from his last stop in Cleveland to my stop, I question this practice. I called their office and spoke with a manger, he agreed and adjusted my invoice accordingly. Today I needed Frecka for a pluming job and I was told by same manager to find another plumber because they could no longer service us because of my last complaint. Be aware of the hours Frecka charges you for!! *******

Amount of invoice in question $239.87 on 8/18/2023 to ****** **** *** *****: We are showing the exact text of this invoice as follows: 8/17/2023: Called out due to urinal leaking at the wall. Removed urinal, cleaned area and installed new American Standard conical washer, rehung urinal on wall. Replaced Sloan vacuum breaker V-551-A 8/18/2023: Returned as urinal was running. Replaced diaphragm on Sloan flushometer with new Sloan diaphragm. Total Labor and Materials: $239.87 (No charge for labor or materials for 8/18/2023 call). End of invoice text We think the invoice speaks for itself. Given that the new work requested 10/4/2023 was the same type of work as the prior work done, we kindly stated that rates have not gone down and we were concerned about being able to meet ****** **** * *****'s expectations. ***** from Frecka Plumbing completed three plumbing jobs for me on Feb. 2, 2023. He was AWESOME! He has been a plumber for 23 years and it was evident he knew his stuff! But he was a person who went the extra mile, made an extra effort to go beyond what was required. For example: I looked in when he was replacing the bathroom faucet and found him thoroughly cleaning the spot where the faucet was to be placed! Another thing: He noticed I needed an extra part that was unanticipated and had the company deliver the part to my house right then so he could install it and prevent a future, but imminent, problem down the road. He answered my many questions clearly and patiently. (I'm a little old lady.) ***** was thorough and efficient, personable and friendly. He did a great job and resolved all my plumbing issues. My sister does not have a computer, so I'm writing for her. She was so nervous about the serious & neglected problems all over the house.Frecka Plumbing of **************, were so honest and fair, they did the job perfectly. They were very respectful of their home, very clean & cautious.No dragging their feet, as some do to add hours. They are so honest.One gentleman, **** found a ring on the floor, under the sink. He immediately returned it to her husband. **** was working all the time. They worked as a team highly professional. & knowledgeable.Over the years, you have good plumbers, some sadly are cheaters.These gentlemen, *********** were full of knowledge and goodness. She prayed about a good plumber, they are the best. Trust them and have the job done right, first time. I too will have them, the next emergency here. Ha Blessings to all.
