My sister, my Aunt, and I stopped in Emidio's to buy several chicken dinners. We were going to the rehabilitation center to have dinner with our dad. Our order was $48.00. The boxes were tapped, so once we arrived at the rehab we prepared to eat. My sister opened her box and it smelled horrible. We ended up opening all the boxes and found that the chicken was burnt up, and smelled of old, very old grease. We put the boxes back in the bag and returned them. The cook/cashier/maintenance guy told us there would be no refunds. He went on to say that the food wasn't burnt to him. We had the individual boxes opened on the counter. He reached in and took a JoJo and ate it. My sister moved the boxes to the table. I told him that the food was burnt, and it smelled horrible. He again stated not to him. I said then you eat it, and we walked out. I returned a couple of minutes later because I forgot to take pictures in order to dispute. The guy instructed me to get the chicken out of his establishment. I told him I wasn't doing ish. He then said f*** you b****! I told him his m**** and walked out. This place needs shut down immediately!! Poor service, and disgusting food!

Very dirty inside! I won't eat it but my husband likes it so I stop and pick it up for him. If I could rate 0 I would.

This restaurant gave me old , cold chicken . When I went back to tell them , they were rude , they told me to go home save the chicken in the fridge and try to come back tomorrow for a refund (maybe) , I expressed that was my last money and that my son and I were hungry, they did not care . Very rude customer service, they will not remake your order, pretty sad especially as a single parent .Chicken was not fresh at all , super burnt & old . Man sitting in the back of establishment, maybe he was the hiding owner , he was super rude & the guy that works in the front all the time didnt even care at all .

I also went to emiodoa & sons later that night 11/19/21 waited over time allowed. Got it home started to eat chicken it was pink inside. I am heated. Oh just one piece was bad but I exam more of the chicken it bad. Know I feel sick at the stomach . I cant go back out this late its 1:25am. I will be contacting owner friday. Unexceptable. Emmido * Sons wall of shame.

The worst service , cheap quality food , terrible customer service , they don't wash their hand no one is wearing a covid mask that works their all around terrible I'll never step foot in that place
