    This is regarding the ******** ******** location on *** ** ****** **** ** ********** ****. On March 3rd, 2022 the installed cabinet fell on my head causing severe injuries that I am still dealing with today. We reached out to this location and *** ******** came out to collect the cabinet that day. He said there was too much weight in the cabinet thats why it fell which is absolutely not true. What is the true weight a double kitchen cabinet can hold? That information was not disclosed to us and is irreverent. I also had a contractor friend come look at where the holes were installed for this cabinet and it was not enough. He said he would order a new cabinet and would be a few weeks. On March 21st we reached out to him and said it would be another few weeks as the cabinet was being made. On April 25th we reached out again after no updates at all and by this time we were 6 weeks from original incident. *** said he paid a 10% expedite fee to get this custom made cabinet and says it will now take another 4 weeks. We are now going on 11 weeks from original incident and he is saying another 4 weeks. This is absolutely ridiculous. The date keeps getting farther and farther out. If you paid for an expedite fee like you said then we should have this cabinet installed. I am getting ready to list my house for sale and I have a huge empty space on my wall. When voicing concerns he says to give him a break and have we stepped outside to see the world lately and how production is like this everywhere. How very unprofessional! Originally I asked to be compensated for my medical bills that I incurred from this incident and all of my dishes that broke This was their fault for improperly installing cabinet and to find a cabinet right away and both have been denied. I am tired of the go around I need a cabinet today that matches my kitchen.
