Haasz automall in Ravenna Ohio sold me junk I only made 2 payments on the car when the transmission went out they are refusing to make it right concidering they knew from day one that something was wrong with the car. Don't buy from them go to a Ford or chevy dealership because Haasz automall will rip u off now I'm stuck paying 13 thousand for a car I can't driveReview from Lisa Ann D

My husband and I purchased a new truck for him at Haasz Automall of Ravenna. The best place to shop for an automobile. The sales consultant ************************* was wonderful. He didn't try to show us vehicles we had no interest in. ******* knew we wanted a truck with a crew cab, and my husband was partial to Fords. He went out of his way to get my husband exactly what he wanted. If you go to Haasz be sure you ask for ******* you wont be sorry you did. And I can't forget ******************* a wonderful "Grandma to Be" and all around great person to deal with, in the loan department. She answered all our questions with a smile. The manager was all so a pleasure meeting. All and all they welcomed us with opened arms and treated us like family. The next time we are in the market for another vehicle we are going no where else except Haasz Automall of Ravenna and asking for *******.

There really is no place like Hazz! ***** was our sales consultant and she was WONDERFUL!! She went above and beyond for us and was so patient with us. I saw *****************************, and she was the friendliest most nicest person to ever help me look at a car!!! I have been really interested in a Jeep Wrangler, and she really went above and beyond helping in finding whats best fit for me. When it comes time to make that buy, Ill definitely be back to have her make my dreams a reality! Shes already sold me my last 3 cars and I cant wait to have her sell me my 4th! I must say, I have not bought a vehicle in over 20 years. I was very nervous when I arrived at the dealership. Then I met an ****** ***************************** was the most patient and caring salesperson I have ever met. She got me the exact vehicle I wanted. She also went a step further. I got my jeep compass from Haasz in *******. The experience was easy and stress free. Shout out to Gary L, Mike T, Ryan C, Zach H & Justin B. Theyre all outstanding :) I recommend everyone I know to them. In my personal opinion, you can not be mad at a dealership if you dont meet the proper requirements to lease or buy a vehicle. A pre approval does not mean you will get approved automatically because you still need proper documentation to prove income, credit score, etc.Haasz Automall - Ravenna Response

I wish I would’ve read the yelp reviews before I bought a car from this place. I bought a 2010 Kia forte with 68,000 miles on it six months ago from these people and now I need to buy an engine. I owe $6300 on this car and they told me I had to come out of pocket $6800 to fix the engine that there was nothing that they can do for me. Brennan Scott, the finance managers son sold me a car he was great at pretending he wanted to help me. After I signed the papers on my car everyone’s attitude at this place changed. In the first week of me having the car I had to take it back to them six times just for them to figure out what was wrong with the brakes. In which they never fixed it and I ended up coming out of pocket and fixing myself. I took this car because I was in dire need of transportation during Covid, had been unemployed, and without a car in a new city with little to no public transportation.... go to any place but here I definitely learned my lesson.Haasz Automall - Ravenna Response
