            On April 15th I made an arrangement with (***) Pop-A-lock to come out and have a key fob programmed for my 2014 GLK350 ********* I paid $346.94. On May 10th the key provided by Pop-A-lock quit working. After numerous attempts i was finally able to contact *** and a 2nd arrangement was made. On May 19th Pop-A-lock came back out to reprogram the key. Because Pop-A-lock assured me there would be no other issues I went ahead and paid an additional $133.44 for a proximity key (provided by Pop-A-lock) to be programmed. On June 14th the key quit working again. I do quite a bit of traveling for work and home so thank goodness this happened at home otherwise I would have been stranded in another state. I've made numerous attempts to get my issue resolved via text messages, emails & left information on the website. I've also made numerous attempts via phone but the voice mailbox is full. It's going on 3 months now, same problem, no resolution. Could someone please help in getting this resolved.
