    I made reservations for the jacuzzi suite at the Days Inn in ******* **** on August 27th .The room cost $143 and i paid a $100 deposit to cover any damages. I was told while making the reservation i could have my dog because she is a service animal that alerts me before having a seizure. I had no paperwork because I had recently had a house fire but was assured by front desk after checking with manager that i would just have a short form to fill out upon check in. A short time later when I checked in, I left the dog in the car with the air on thinking it would be quick since everything was already ironed out when I called to make the reservation. When the front desk seeing the note about the dog he had me fill out the form but was not certain about the situation so he had to call a manager on the phone who eventually approved the dog for the second time. There were no elevators to get to the sevond floor and the one door that was located by my room did not work so I had to walk the whole length of the building with my bags and my dog. The room was very nice so I asked for the the late check out and even reserved for the next night as well. Upon enjoying the jacuzi I was shocked when i went under the water and my hair was ripped out of my head by the water filtration system. It not only hurts, it is noticeable by by looking at me and the water filter that is filled with black hair of mine. I proceeded to go through my papers, or what is left of them after having a house fire that started in my office, most of my papers are ash. I can hear the smoke detector in the hallway beeping beeping nerve rackingly Due to a low battery. This did not make me want to take the dog out because last time I heard a smoke detector beeping was when I had to rescue the same dog from the fire that destroyed my home. At 11 o'clock I get a phone call saying I have to check out now or lose deposit. Late check out was denied as well as my security deposit but worst of all was when he c

    Please do not stay here! They ripped me off and continue to do so. I was suppose to stay there this weekend but didnt. We got there and there was roaches climbing on the floor. They lady at desk said theyd would refund my money with the boss came in the morning. So we looked at 11 PM to find a new hotel. We did finally, I called back on Sat. To make sure it was taken care of and instead of creasing my account he took out again. So I called again Sunday and he credited 1 back but not both. Then I wake up this morning and he subtracted money again. I also saw on Booking.com that he did the same thing to some one else not very long ago. I am calling the sheriff and going to my bank. But others need to know plus the place was so gross.
