Phil's Construction just completed our bathroom remodel. Phil was straight forward and professional from the initial meeting to the completion of the job. His preparation for the job aided in making the job go orderly and quickly. Materials necessary for the job were on hand prior to the beginning of the remodel. Care was taken to limit the amount of disruption of normal daily activities. Communication was excellent with updates and scheduling being provided. **** and his crew completed a complete renovation of our first floor, removing walls and building a support beam to open up our space. He was great at problem solving electrical and plumbing concerns and keeping the aesthetic a primary focus. He worked with us to make our ideas and wishes work, including the new walk-in pantry! Our master bathroom also got a compete makeover, and now we have a walk-in shower! He was very patient and accommodating with my requests in this area. He maintained ongoing communication through this 5 week project ensuring perfection in all areas! He is a crazy hard worker but maintains a light, friendly personality His crew is professional and dependable. All work was completed under the estimated timeframe.We hired **** for this job as he completed a beautiful complete exterior renovation of siding, roof and windows 6 years ago. We definitely would use **** again and recommend him for any exterior or interior jobs.Review from Anthony B

Had Phils Construction do 2 jobs. The first was siding our house this last summer, which came out great. **** and his team were timely, and kept within the quote for the job. We were so pleased with the outcome, that we hired him again to remodel our bathroom. Again, quality work, punctuality, and sticking to the agreed cost were all adhered to. It looks great, and we will be likely hiring him again for some roof work. I would highly recommend using him, as he also has great ideas and focuses on doing things the right way.Review from Kathy B

**** completed a master bath remodel for us. He was punctual with his quote and completed the work within the timeframe promised. He and his crew were hardworking and cleaned up their workspace at the end of each day. **** is a reliable contractor with reasonable prices. We had Phils team finish our basement. They did a great job. They went over and above to make sure it was done right and on time. They even completed my addons for no extra charge. The best part, they didnt leave a big mess to cleanup when the job was done. They kept their workspaces cleaned up daily and the site didnt look like a disaster til it was completed. ************************* 2023 I was fortunate enough to watch Phils construction perform a remodel on my next-door neighbors home. **** wrote the estimate and stuck to it! **** did roofing and siding for our" as-is" home at **** ******** in *****. We've never seen a contractor and his crew work so hard and their work is outstanding. They were always there when they said they would be, cleaned up after themselves and were very reasonable. They turned our house around, Feel free to drive by and see their work, sincerely, *********************
