I would just like to warn other people involved with Rockland Homes and there building management. They build my family a nice home but when it came to warranty it took the hole one year. And still made my wife and I thinking they would take care of some items such has keys for new patio doors and pendent likes six inches off center. They promised to take care even ***** looked at it a month after we moved in and said to my wife it word be taken care of. One month before the one year warranty was ending building manager **** told ************* thats how I wanted likes. Six inches off. Declined to make it write. Beware off your repairs and warranties. **** will really tell u some ******** excuse.

Here is the email that was sent to the customer:Email on 10/4/2021:After discussions with ******************* and ******************** informed Elson that the positioning of the pendant lights was done in the field with you and he placed them where you wanted them and you approved the placement of the lights. When Elson was at the house with you and you asked him about moving the lights, he was not aware that you had picked their placement and approved their placement with *******************. That was a very important piece of information that you did not share with Elson. Therefore, we will not be moving the lights.Customer Response on 10/4/2021:That is not totally true. He marked floor with tap and there was no sink we need to meet. **** told me he would move them. And been waiting. So if I need to I will go further with your company. And also advise further. Email response 10/7/2021:On Monday October 4 after your response regarding the kitchen sink, Elson told **** to just go ahead and move the lights rather than spending all kinds of time debating the issue.**** and Elson discussed making you aware that the ceiling patchwork might not match exactly, but we will do our best. They discussed having you sign a letter acknowledging that the patchwork may not match exactly and that you may have to paint the ceiling.We thought that **** was going to call you the same day but he was waiting for us to put the letter together. We got our wires crossed. That's why he didn't call you on Monday. We will have the letter ready for you at the time of the repair. In regards to the keys, we had no knowledge of this. To the best of ****** knowledge, that situation was taken care of a long time ago. Please notify us and **** if this is still an issue.Above are the recent email communications we have had with the customer. ******************* has contacted the customer to let him know that we will move the pendant light(s) and address the keys if they are still an issue. Please note that the pendant lighting locations were marked on the floor and approved by the customer. At the time that Elson suggested that Rockland Homes would move the lights, he was unaware of the fact that the customer approved the location of the pendant lights with the field manager. Despite this, Rockland Homes has agreed to move the pendant light(s).
