Missed a gas leak from our furnace. Told us the smell was the drain and to put bleach down the drain. A week later, the gas company came out and found the leak. I called Schar to make them aware of the mistake. That could have been really bad. That was one of our best techs is what we were told. Never offered to refund the money we paid for them to come misdiagnose.
