Work started 12/21/22 and was completed 1/24/23. Vendor quoted a bathroom remodel project for Labor: $6,240 and Materials: $6,235 for total project of $12,475. Next vendor instructed us to go to Lowe's to pick out materials for the bathroom (tile, flooring, vanity) and we were very thrifty with our selection in order to save money on the material costs. While the installation was occurring, twice we were instructed by vendor personnel to go to Lowe's and purchase items (first, lighting as our first selection was too large for the space and second door handle hardware for our door). They said they would return for a refund the previously purchased light fixtures which were no longer to be used for the project. Upon completion I received invoice 3 - final invoice which stated full costs of materials and labor were expended on the project. I requested further details on the material costs because we were initially thrifty, and we also had ourselves purchased several of the project materials. At this point the vendor send an email detailing that while there were significant material costs savings, that the labor costs had over run and were cancelling out all material cost savings so we owed the entire amount. At no point in the project before this had we discussed any labor cost over runs or stealing material cost savings to cover other items that they needed to complete the project. However, mid project I did ask them for quotes on other items that I was interested in them potentially doing that I declined to pursue. Painting the bathroom was one of those additional items that I was considering. I find it grossly unacceptable to never communicate any labor over runs but simply add it as part of the agreed upon material costs on the final invoice. Then only upon further inquiry did they reveal their deceptive practices.

Don't hire this company to do anything. They were supposed to do some home repairs in August for us and the day they were supposed to show up at 8:00am they left a email at 8:34am saying they weren't coming because their crew was sick. They later said they lost a lot of workers so they couldn't come out until December. The day they were supposed to come out in December between 7:30am and 7:45 am they again, didn't show. I had to leave them a text message telling them I couldn't wait any longer for them and had to leave for work. They called 3 hours later and again, claimed they had workers out sick. They also don't return phone messages or emails.

An Estimate was completed on May 18, 2021 for the customer. The Estimate was approved on May 21, 2021 by the customer. The project was scheduled for completion in August 2021. We gave the customer dates for his project and he called us to tell us that the dates that were given were not going to work for him and at that time he took items off of the Original Estimate. We rescheduled the project for a start date of August 23, 2021. On Monday, August 23, we had two employees call off sick with the possibilities of Covid. We contacted the customer by email and told him that we would not be at his home this week due to the staff shortage and possible Covid Quarantine for the remaining staff. We then rescheduled his project for Monday, December 6, 2021 as the start date. On Monday, December 6, 2021 we again contacted the customer by phone to let him know that we had two employees call off sick with the flu and we would be to his home on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 to start his projects. The customer begin to cuss us out and told us to stick his job up our a__. We apologized several times for having to call, but he would not accept any type of explanations that we had. We would have been to his home the next day, but we were not given a chance to. We are sorry that this situation has happened to our customer. We are not in the business of loosing projects. Yes, this year has been a tough year to find qualified help to fill our vacancies. At the present time, we are down two employees from where we were at back in August 2021.

Allow me to respond. I have reviewed my text messages and emails with this company and I have NEVER requested a change in dates for the project to start. Also, I DID NOT cuss or swear at ******** the gentleman from the company who called 2 hours after the company was supposed to show **. ** fact, ***** apologized several times for what he called a mix up with the company management and himself on who was supposed to call me and advise they were not going to show **.What I find very interesting in regards to this company not showing up TWICE was the fact that both times they used the excuse of sick employees. You mean to tell me that somehow the employees (allegedly with COVID) only knew they were sick the day my project was supposed to start? What a coincidence!! Who ever responded to my original review is very unprofessional and a liar. PLEASE review other comments about this company, it is interesting how it is never their fault, the customer always did something wrong.Oh, and don't bother trying to call them, they don't answer their phone or return phone messages. For an example, call them today and you will get a message on how they can't come to the phone right now because their kids are off for the summer! Wow, what a professional company.DO NOT bother with this so called company.
