            I Went to Tuck Precast to look at precast steps and railings on April 9 ,2021. Talked with C****** Tuck ,who was very helpful in helping, and helped myself and my wife pick a step and railings. We ordered the step and railings that day, C****** said it would be roughly 2 1/2 weeks to have it ready. We were fine with that. May 6th rolled around with no called ,so I called to find out about our order. I talked to the lady in the office, she said she would look into it and call back. May 7th I called because no return call from Tuck Precast. I was informed my order would be ready May 11th, or 13th Those dates passed with no call. It is now May23rd and nothing. I only gave them one star because 0 was not available. Randy C.

            We are sorry we were unable to fulfill Mr. C*******'s order to his satisfaction. Unfortunately weather plays a big part in what we are able to do, we had an issue with getting the rails that Mr. C******* wanted prepared in a timely fashion. Mr. C******* was contacted on May 24th to set up the install of his step at which time he canceled his order. We at Tuck Precast do our best to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, we make our steps to order as needed and we order the rails from our supplier as needed, we don't keep a big inventory on hand.

            The Date we ordered our step and railing Mr. Tuck showed us the railing he had in stock and said they would not have to be ordered. Plus we were picking up these items, they were not installing them. The lady in the office also told informed me the railings were there in stock.
