              Summit racing is refusing to give me my money back. After sending back their item they are claiming they have not receive the item even though ***** delivered the item and it was sign for by someone there I need my refund. There are a bunch of scammers and frauds customer service is avoiding my calls and emails.

              Went to website ask for a specific part for a specific vehicle was sent the wrong part then got screwed out of shipping costs both ways. At the summit racing employees send you the wrong part you're going to get screwed for shipping charges both ways. THANKS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

              Thank you for affording us the opportunity to respond to you. Feedback from our customers plays a very important role in our companys mission. Our records show you emailed our technical department on 4/3/24 inquiring as to which tailgate cable was correct for your application. Our technical staff replied to you on 4/4/24 and stating that part number, RNB-***** was a direct fit for your application based on the information you provided. You placed an order via our website on 4/5/24 for part number, RNB-*****. You called and spoke with one of our service representatives on 4/18/24 regarding the part being not correct for your application. Our representative advised you of the return procedures and policies if you did wish to return the item to us for a refund.
