Beware when buying a vehicle from this outlet!!!Be sure that either they give you a detailed multi-point inspection or get your own technician to do the inspection. I bought a car from them four months ago I had a break-line fail within the first month (which almost caused my son to get into an accident) they fixed it for free with me having to strongly advocate that it should be free because I just bought the product. No loaner was offered or available! A month later I noticed a grinding noise and a jumping, when backing out and accelerating; it was the transmissionit needed replaced. Fortunately, I had a few days left on my complimentary 3-month warranty and most of it was covered, but I still owed $435.00 to the transmission shop, ****************************** (a very dishonest company in their own right) they wanted to charge me $1,200 above and beyond of what the warranty was going to cover thats a whole other story. I asked the dealer for assistance they gave me the number of the warranty rep to handle it myself (thanks for the customer service ********************** ***** So, this whole time of owning the vehicle, I drove it one month, and paid for, 4.5 months. Had to sacrifice my time, $1,735 in payments, $435 in out-of-pocket expenses for the transmission and was down a car for my family complete and total disappointment. ***** (sales) and ****(owner) at Auto central Sales *** *************************************** could have had a customer for life; if they only did the right thing and helped me a little morefinancially, warranty liaison, or offered me something to drive. Emailed both with zero reply! So much for helping the small business owner, does anyone do the right thing anymore?

I would fist like to thank Chris for his professionalism. Chris kept In contact with me and gave me any information I needed. They worked with me and put me first as a customer. I could not be more happier with my purchase from them. Also, the owner Tony is a great guy. I only had the pleasure to speak with him on the phone, but he was understanding and a stand up guy. I even drove almost an hour to get a vehicle from them. I would definitely recommend!!
