Horrible business practices I purchased a 2019 ******* Tuscon in 2021. I purchased this card without a keycard wondering who sells a car without a keycard/remote but figured I could purchase one at a later date. Speed up to 2023 and there is a recall on this car. I get a post card from ******* saying there is a national recall. Didn't get a call from Vandevere telling me about the recall since I purchased the car from there. I go to another dealership to do the recall and was told that I needed a key card to do the second part of the recall, ok so now I have to purchase the keycard which should have came with the car in the first place. The dealership tells me that they cannot do the recall because the keycard cannot match the **** on the vehicle. They would have to dig further and look into the engine ignition to see why it doesn't match. Associate from Vandevere calls me to tell me I need an oil change and I tell her what happens, she says they have no information that a national recall was on the *******, and I was dismissed. Not only was it bad business to sell me a car without a key card, but when I go to purchase the keycard, they can't match the new keycard because of something with the system/engine. It's too late now but I will NEVER AGAIN BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE, and I will let everyone I know to not deal with them either.
