3 Day Provision

Change your mind about registering for one of our courses or programs?

After enrolling for an AIHC course or program, you will have three (3) business days to change your mind from the date you receive initial correspondence from AIHC stating we have received your registration. Should you decide to rescind your enrollment during this 3 day period, you will be issued a Full Refund.

Scholarship Awards -- Does your registration involve Scholarship Funds?

Our 3 Day Full Refund does not apply to AIHC scholarship funds awarded. Scholarship funds are non-refundable. Should you decide to rescind your enrollment during this 3 day period; scholarship funds awarded will be refunded back to the AIHC Scholarship Fund, not the registrant.

After 3 Day Provision

E-Learning Courses (courses with access granted for 6 months)

Refunds will be given minus $35 administration fee and cost of text books (texts cannot be returned) and only if you withdraw before the first assignment is sent by your instructor. No refunds are available after completing your first lesson.

Short Courses (Courses with access granted less than 6 months)

No refunds will be given after the 3 day Provision and access has been granted to the first lesson or training PowerPoint.

Training (Boot) Camp, Conference and Symposium Registrations

Refunds can be given minus $35 administration and cost of text books (texts cannot be returned) only if you withdraw from training camp prior to receiving your Welcome Letter and pre-camp training materials. Withdrawing after receipt of pre-camp training materials is possible; however, only a 50% refund is available. No refunds are made when withdrawing from camp within 3 weeks to the first day of camp.

Certification Exam Only Fees

Upon qualification, AIHC may approve experienced compliance professionals to take the certification exam only and waive training and education. Exam-only fees are non-refundable. The certification exam must be taken within six (6) months from the date of registration. Extensions may be granted for the exam with the payment of an additional annual membership fee.

Corporate Training

AIHC Corporate Training contracts include a non-refundable deposit to retain dates of service. Please refer to the individual Letter of Understanding for details.

Transfers -- No Refund

E-Learning Courses and Training (Boot) Camp Registrations

Individual -- Transfer method of training: Individuals wishing to transfer to another method of training for an AIHC course or program may qualify to complete a one-time transfer. This transfer does not include transfer to a different course. Transfer may be subject to a fee depending on the course method.

Corporate -- Transfer course from one individual to another: Companies paying for a course may transfer the registration to another employee under specific circumstances, such as termination of employment or transfer to another department. Companies paying for an employee to attend training camp may transfer the registration to another employee prior to the first day of camp. Additional fees (including an $85 new member fee) may apply. Employers should call the AIHC office at 330-241-5635 to discuss transfer options and any additional cost related to the transfer.
