              The company is charging people for picking up trash and then skipping their trash. They will not answer phone calls or emails. In the past 5 weeks they have picked up my trash 1 time. Sometimes skipping some neighbors also, sometimes just me. Their googles reviews are littered with others having the same issues. How can I be forced to pay for a company that refuses to do the essential job they charge for while also not taking any calls. This should be illegal.

              Trash can knocked over and will leave it in a ditch full of water while full of trash and not even pick it up CSR says no they don't get out of the truck and won't do anything if trash can gets knocked over so you'll have to wait till next week
