I am writing to express my ongoing concerns regarding the incident at Arch of Abilene Apartments. I will provide copies of the damage report from the dealership, including the amount paid to repair my vehicle upon request, due to the limited space for photos within the BBB system. The attached documents highlight the recurring flooding issues and their proximity to the building's foundation, indicating a potential construction issue. Please consider these documents in my complaint - ***** *******

COLLEGE STUDENTS BEWARE The Arch is probably one of the worst places I have ever lived. They are not honest and not cooperative. Manager Amanda and a lot of office staff are very rude and not helpful at all. I tried to reason with them and pay out the remainder of my lease due to needing to relocate and was told I could do this but then to turn in my keys but I'd still be held liable which makes no sense especially if I didn't even have keys anymore. I tried multiple times to find someone to take over my lease and every time they were denied to take it over because Amanda the manager liked to make up her own rules as we went and make me abide by them. She would make up a bunch of lies like someone couldn't take over my lease because there wasn't enough time left on my lease left. I had one girl go tour my room but then declined to take it over because of the rudeness of everyone at the front desk the day she went. One time someone applied as a new resident instead of a lease take over on accident and instead of being able to resolve this and complete the process Amanda told me "once they are in the system as a new applicant there is no way to change them to a lease takeover candidate". Which honestly to me just sounds like a made up excuse because they are simply too lazy to do the paperwork or function as an actual place of business. If the "rules" were presented clearly in the lease or by her it would make things a lot easier but it seems to just be a place where whatever comes to her head that day is law and if you try and fight it they'll then do everything to make your life difficult. When I first moved in the lease takeover policy was not explained to me at all. I had found a girl on Facebook and went and toured her room with her there and then proceeded to take over her lease. Obviously I'm thinking I'm taking over her lease and I'll be moving in her exact room. Nope!
