We have purchased 3 homes from Solitaire in the last year and a half. We have yet to have one of them complete installation. To be fair, they were not placed on their respective properties until before Thanksgiving 2021. However, since then, we have had to constantly get on the manager, ****, to get the check list completed. We have been told numerous times, daily in the last 3 weeks, that the carpet guy will be there to finish the carpet. Each time we are told that will be there, he has been a "No Show". Yesterday we were told that he couldn't be there because his son was having his first birthday and we understand that. However, his boss told us that he would be here today to complete the installation. This morning that installer called and told us that he was there but had to leave because it was his son's first birthday. We were told yesterday that he couldn't be there because it was his son's birth. This is a BLATANT LIE. Same thing for the washer/dryers that were suppose to come with the units. We have been waiting since November 2020 to get the first one that item. He told us he purchased them, then we find out that he hasn't. WE ARE BEYOND FRUSTRATED. They pushed and pushed to have them delivered so they didn't have to pay insurance (moved to our property to get off his lot). Now we can't get anything done. These are rentals and we have LOST RENTAL MONEY. **** doesn't seem to care any longer, his job is done. He got his money, moved the units (so he didn't have to pay) and now nothing.
