Terrible experience at this location! ***** (Front Desk Manager) has terrible customer service! The shower drain in our room was clogged and full of hair. Also, the tub would fill up with water. We contacted the Front desk for assistance because we refused to shower in that condition. The Front Desk Clerk (who was recently hired) called ***** at home for help. ***** directed her to use a plunger, however that wouldn't work for that type of clog. A plunger was never located by the way. We heard ***** tell the Front desk clerk (over the phone) that there's nothing she could do because it was late. We asked the Front desk clerk if we could move to another room, but she said ***** had to approve it. She gave us *****'s contact info, but she would not answer our calls. The Front desk clerk was very helpful and professional and stated that plenty of rooms were available, but ***** wouldn't allow her to move us. It was too late to change hotels, so we just took wash-ups in the sink. After driving 10 hours, we just wanted to take showers and go to sleep! My wife directly spoke to ***** the next morning; she took no accountability. She said she doesn't answer calls after a certain hour and that she was under the assumption that we needed another handicap room. I don't know how she assumed this because no one in my party is disabled and we didn't request a handicap room. But, what if we were? A disabled person wouldn't have been able to shower! ***** did not apologize at all! We are still in a pandemic and cleanliness is of the utmost importance! The simple solution would've been to move us to another room and ***** could've corrected everything in the morning. As an active duty military member, I'm appalled by *****'s level of incompetence and lack of compassion. She even said her business cards at the front desk shouldn't have be there! We will never stay there again, but want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else!
