            Never fixed my appliance but close the account I would assume saying that they did it just so they could get money never called or reported anything to me took over 4 to 5 months to get a part but then closed it out saying it was handled. I think they’re being fraudulent, and think it needs to be looked into

            Multiple no call, no shows which resulted in days off work for appointments scheduled DIRECTLY with them. Numerous calls are made in order to make contact. Office staff and manager are rude, dismissive and hangs up on you. Same excuse of “someone quit” or “who did you speak with” which is ironic since I spoke with the manager directly. 6 weeks later and my warranty claim is still waiting for repairs. Seems more time is spent commenting on reviews than scheduling. It’s a shame that the warranty we PAID for isn’t even being utilized because we can’t receive any service. Waste of time and money. Never again!

            We apologize for the inconvenience. We did miss one appointment, due to a scheduling mess up by a staff member that is no longer here, and once you brought that to our attention we did send a tech out immediately. I do apologize for that happening and did attempt to rectify it to the best of my ability. The notes I have here in my system for your account show that your initial appointment was about two weeks ago, we called to attempt scheduling yesterday and weren't able to do so due to your availability. We offered to schedule for a day you are available, that we have an available appointment on. Unfortunately we cannot fulfill the request to trade your part to reimburse you for the time you took off work for your initial appointment. If you don't want us to repair the unit on one of the appointments we offered you, there isn't anything further that we can do.
