******************** contacted Bluefin Payment Systems (credit card processing company) to cancel their services on or about April 16, 2020. This happened at the breakout of the ***** pandemic and this office was working from home with limited technology. We had started using a different credit card company at that time and unbeknownst to us, Bluefin continued to bill us $81.80 monthly from April 2020 until July 2022. Because of the pandemic, we were not meeting weekly with our bookkeeper in person as we usually do. When we realized in July 2022 that Bluefin had continued charging us monthly (despite being notified that we wished to cancel their services and never following up with us thereafter), we contacted them immediately and followed their self-imposed steps to finally cancel the services. In the end, we were billed a total of $2,208.60 for services we did NOT utilize. We spoke with Bluefin and they admitted that we called to cancel the service and stopped using that service on the very day we called to cancel, however, they are refusing to refund any monies saying that they required a signed form to cancel the services.
