              I would NOT recommend this company. The owner was advised twice that our move included a "transfer" of 3 appliances from the new unit to the old, and moving 3 appliances from the old to the new. She sounded very familiar with this and implied that it was not uncommon. I even reminded her of this necessity when I confirmed the date. She gave me a price of $600, plus $3 per box or tote, to be assessed by the movers when they came to do the move. When the movers came and were advised about the "transfer", they told us that would cost us an additional $375 and if we weren't OK with that they would leave. Schedules had been changed and arrangements made, so of course, we went ahead with the move. I called the owner afterwards to complain about being "hustled" . . she apologized and offered a $100 refund, which we have never seen.DO NOT use this company for your move!!

              This customer was advised that the phone quote was a ball park figure only. When the movers arrived, they did a walk through with the daughter of the complainer , which was the customer.. The price was different as quoted, mainly because the time involved was more than expected, and the exchange of the appliances which were much more laborious. When the father called me, I explained to him that we do not like dissatisfied customers. So I agreed to refund him $ ******. We make out our payables out on the last day of the month, which will be returned to the customer on the 31st.
