Refund and Exchange PolicyItems that have not been installed or modified may be returned within 90 days from the date of receipt. Returns within 30 days of date of receipt qualify for a full refund of the original purchase price. Returns within 31-90 days of date of receipt are subject to a 15-30% restocking fee, and the balance is refunded as store credit. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable. Returns for merchandise received as part of a “free shipping” offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise, less outbound shipping charges and any applicable restocking fee. A completed RGA Form must accompany all returns. Labor, installation, surcharges, or other applicable fees from the original purchase are nonrefundable. Read Complaint Details
Complaint: Sent a part in for warranty evaluation 7 weeks ago. have not received an answer as of 4/28/2016. Part was delivered to 4 Wheel Drive Hardware March 14,2016. I was told it could take a long time. I would like an explanation of why it is taking so long and when it will be resolved. I do feel it has been an excessively long time to do an evaluation.
Desired Settlement: I would like an answer as to weather the part will be warrantied or not and when it will be returned to me. I would also like to know what happened to delay this for so long.
Business Response: We apologize for the delay in resolving the warranty for our customer. All warranties are submitted for manufacturer approval pending their inspection. Once the manufacturer has completed a full evaluation of the product, the warranty will be closed. Warranty inspections can take several weeks to complete and we are working close with the manufacturer to resolve this claim as quickly as possible. Again, we apologize for the delay and inconvenience.
