Learn how posture, force, repetition, contact stress and vibration affect workers and the work they do. Participants will review recommended work zone stations, squat vs stoop and neutral wrist, spine and shoulders.
Step 2 - Wellness

Do you know not only what to eat, but how much? Are you drinking enough water? This session will provide an eye-opening demonstration on what the recommended 2,400 calories for a man looks like in terms of portions.

Step 4 – Injuries

Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Kirk Henderson worked in sales, manufacturing and distribution. He regularly treats orthopedic conditions, patients recovering from surgery, work-related injuries including lumbar spine, and athletic injuries.
