BBB Announces New Board Chair, Board Member

  
     
Better Business Bureau® Serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming has announced that Rich Pearson, regional president at Guaranty Bank and Trust Company, will serve as chairman and Connie Dohn, vice president of Dohn Construction Inc. will serve as treasurer of the BBB Board of Directors for 2014-2016.

Better Business Bureau® Serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming has announced that Rich Pearson, regional president at Guaranty Bank and Trust Company, will serve as chairman and Connie Dohn, vice president of Dohn Construction Inc. will serve as treasurer of the BBB Board of Directors for 2014-2016. Jeannine Truswell, president/CEO of United Way of Weld County, will serve a three-year term as a new board member.

Tyler Notestine, owner/partner of Thomas & Tyler LLC, is outgoing chair. Going off the board after 12 years of service at both the local and national levels is Bonnie Dean, president of Bonnie Dean and Associates.

The BBB Board of Directors determines BBB policies and performance as governed by the bylaws, and is also responsible for approval or revocation of BBB Accredited Businesses.

Continuing BBB Board members are:

  • Jeff Nuttall, publisher, BizWest, Fort Collins;
  • Corkie Odell, co-owner, Odell Brewing Company Inc.,
  • Fort Collins; Mona Pearl, executive vice president and chief operating officer, Align,Cheyenne, Wyo.;
  • Rayno Seaser, president, The Egg & I, Fort Collins;
  • Charlie Tomlinson, Business Director, Pinnacol Assurance, Denver; and
  • Kevin Unger, president/CEO, Poudre Valley Hospital, Fort Collins.

Ex-officio board members are:

  • Pam King, president/CEO, BBB Serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming;
  • Stephen M. Laine, chair, BBB Institute for Marketplace Ethics Board of Advisors, owner, MKO Financial. Fort Collins; and
  • Zachary Wilson, legal counsel, The Wilson Law Firm, PC , Fort Collins.
