Junior and senior high school students in Northern Colorado and Wyoming are encouraged to apply for the $5,000 BBB/Rotary Ethics Scholarship awarded annually by Better Business Bureau Center for Character Ethics Serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming and Rotary Clubs in the BBB service territory.
The scholarship, which can be used at the school of the recipient’s choice, will be awarded in April to the student who submits the winning essay based on the topic “How Does the Rotary Four-Way Test Apply to Your Life?” Submission deadline to school counselors is Feb. 18.
Students interested in applying for the scholarship should contact a Rotary Club member in their community to first make sure the club is participating in the scholarship program. If so, the student can access the application at wynco.bbb.org/rotary-scholarship/ and return the completed form and essay to their school counselor.
Additional information about the program is available by contacting Betti Seay, BBB vice president/community relations, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 970-488-2031.
