 Job Summary:

Title: Character Ethics Program Coordinator
Department: BBB Institute for Marketplace Trust
Supervisor: Director, BBB Institute for Marketplace Trust

BBB® Institute for Marketplace Trust Serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Character Ethics Program Coordinator. This position will be responsible for the expansion of our In Pursuit of Ethics program, an ethics simulation for 9th-12th grade youth in BBB’s 38 county service area.

Job responsibilities will also include:

  • Providing classroom instruction of In Pursuit of Ethics curriculum and/or training teachers to implement the program in their classrooms or clubs
  • Coordinating with local, regional and national partners on program expansion, including classroom session expansion and enhanced assessment expansion.
  • Supporting other BBB Center for Character Ethics programs by assisting in the measure and reporting of program impact.
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Education: Bachelors degree, minimum
  • At least 5 years of related experience
  • Experience facilitating in a high school classroom preferred
  • Ability to speak spanish is a plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Demonstrated ability to work well with school administrators and teachers
  • Ability to handle job responsibilities proficiently
  • Must possess written and oral communications skills and have the ability to follow instructions
  • Highly proficient in Google Applications and MS Office Applications and demonstrate other technological competency
  • Must be flexible, personable and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Must represent BBB in a professional manner at all times

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to travel frequently (primarily by car)

Business Development Consultant

Better Business Bureau® Serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming is looking for a motivated individual to join our business development team. This will be an in-office sales position. The business development consultant will be responsible for determining the eligibility of and extend invitations for BBB accreditation to those companies who meet BBB standards for acceptance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Must have an attention to detail and be well organized
  • Must be comfortable being a self-starter as well as ability to work as part of a team.
  • General computer knowledge and ability to learn and adapt to internal databases
  • Representatives are expected to demonstrate a high level of honesty and integrity at all times

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 1-3 years experience in sales and new business development
