Refund and Exchange Policy
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS by guest or guest's agent constitutes acceptance and confirmation by the guest and guest's agent of the deposit and cancellation and use policies, restrictions, and additional information given in this Rental Agreement. If a credit card is used by guest or guest's agent for advance deposits or payments, guests and guest's agent hereby agree to have the advance deposits and payments listed in the guest's confirmation charged to the credit card, and further agree that said amounts shall be subject to the deposit and cancellation policies given in this Rental Agreement. Any changes in the deposit and cancellation and use policies are effective only if executed in writing by Christie Resorts, Inc.  The Accidental Damage Insurance of $45.00 is a non-refundable fee that covers the Guest up to $1500.00 in the event of accidental damage to the property.  This policy does not cover excessive linen or cleaning charges.  Guest is responsible for payment of all nights confirmed, regardless of guest's late arrival or early departure date. Guest further agrees that there are no warranties or guarantees on ski conditions and number of runs open, weather condition, snow cover on the ski-in or ski-out access to the buildings. 

CANCELLATIONS by guest or guest's agent must have a cancellation notice from Christie Resorts, Inc. to be valid. If, due to the sale of a unit or natural circumstances beyond its control, Christie Resorts is unable to provide accommodations as provided on this confirmation, Christie Resorts shall at its best efforts try to accommodate the reservation in a different unit or another property of similar quality. However, if Christie Resorts is unable to secure accommodations to fulfill its obligations for this reservation, Christie Resorts shall not be held liable, and agrees to refund all monies prepaid if guest or guest's agent decides to cancel. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Reservations cancelled outside Forty-Five (45) days prior to the scheduled day of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of $200.00 plus any booking fees.  Reservations cancelled Forty-Five (45) days or less will forfeit the entire rental amount paid and dates cannot be moved.
