Complaint: This business completely fabricates billings hours On May 28 2013 I called this company to service a truck that was brokedown on Interstate 80 at the **** ****** rest area. The distance from their shop to my truck was only 40 miles but they charged me for 1 hour 15 minutes driving time each way boosting their chargable hours by an extra hour. This is complete and literally highway robbery and completely unacceptable business practices.

Desired Settlement: I am seeking 1 hour refunded on my bill

Our company policy is to charge from the time we leave the shop till we return to the shop. Our mechanic left the shop at 3:15 & returned at 7:20. But, we understand that is not the issue. Mr ******** is requesting an hour refunded and we are willing to refund him $86.00 which is one hour labor.

BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
