Refund and Exchange PolicyResidential contracts: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We will attempt to rectify any reasons for dissatisfaction. If we are unable to do so, the customer may request cancellation of service. Cancellation must be in writing. Contractor may cancel contract by providing 30 days notice to customer along with a pro-rated refund of the contract fee. Customer may cancel contract and receive a pro-rated refund of the contract fee. Pro-ration of refund will be calculated on a basis of 6 months of service, November – April, beginning with the first of the month immediately following notice of cancellation. Refund will be issued within two weeks of cancellation.
Commercial contracts will be handled according to the specific written terms of each individual contract.
