              We purchased a home in April of 2016 and part of the closing conditions was to replace and repair one of the dome skylight on part of the roof. Part of the contract between us and the roofing company was to repair the dome skylight and issue a 5 year warranty for their workmanship. This was done on April 11, 2016 but the roof had been leaking gradually and we called the company before the warranty expired on April 8, 2021 to inform them of the problem we were facing. The company receptionist informed us that they were sending one of their roofers to come and inspect the the complaint and identify the problem as to why the roof was leaking. The first thing the guy they sent over to our house was to deny that the skylight that had the problem was not the one they had repaired and when I asked him to clarify his claim, he immediately turned very hostile and accused me of trying to get free stuff. He started yelling at me that I was accusing him of lying. I had to give up to avoid

              ***** at Schroeder Roofing helped ** get approval from the insurance to get the roof replaced following the insurance adjuster's initial inspection that identified only superficial damage (even though all our neighbors had already been approved for entire roof replacements). Job was well done, with follow up "touch **** to make sure the job was done right. Would definitely recommend...!
