            On May 4th I hired Vaughn's to deal sewage coming up into the shower. The plumber snaked he drain as well as used a camera. He said there was a problem under the trailer home and there was 3 feet of sewage under the trailer, requiring a hazard waste company. I paid $255.00 at that time. I hired Sawyer plumbing to come on May 6th. I was informed that there was a 'skiff' of sewage, not 3 feet. A payment of $500.00 was due for showing up even though he couldn’t do anything. I spoke with Jason from Vaughn’s. He asked me if I had climbed under the trailer myself. He informed me this is the cost of being a landlord that the sewage had evaporated in the 36-48 hours in between when his plumber had been there and the hazardous waste plumbers. This repair could have been handled by Vaughn’s but the plumber wanted an easy fix. I have had to pay $3,000.00 for a sewer line break to be repaired by hazardous materials plumbers based on Vaugh’s plumber’s recommendations. I open to options.
