Complaint: During the service call I was given a price of $240 over the phone for a portion of the work but received a bill for $300 for this portion. The total billed amount was $425 and I believe it should be $365. The invoice number is 4508. I don't have any issues with the work, just getting an answer on this question. I have tried over a dozen times to reach Chris at Ram Plumbing to resolve the issue and he doesn't return my calls or answer my messages. This is more than frustrating...

Desired Settlement: Call me to discuss - we should be able to easily resolve this over the phone.

Consumer Response: I just got off the phone w/Chris at Ram Plumbing and the complaint (*******) was satisfactorily resolved.  Thanks for you prompt attention to my request for help.

BBB's Final Determination: Consumer accepted resolution offered by the business.
