Complaint: Company did almost all house paint well & on time. Paid in full. Promised to return to complete. Called 3 times--no show. Finally hired another. House painting almost completed in August, 2012. Phoned three times to arrange finish of job throughout September. No show & no call, so I finally hired someone to help me finish job. Should never have paid in full for an unfinished job. The work done was good, but incomplete as promised. I'm out an extra $50 to complete it plus the inconvenience of waiting for them to show up.
Desired Settlement: If the company refunded me my $50, that would be nice.

When our crew asked if we should put back up the sign, customer declined. Customer was aware of price and was informed that we were giving her an excellent deal as a favor; cutting her cost nearly in half. When office staff contacted ******, we asked her what she paid for the extra work that was done and client refused to comment until after 2 phone calls made to her. At the end of the conversation, she stated she was "out $50" and call was ended. The first thing she requested was an apology. Customer Service is our top priority and the apology was made various times during conversations. All work that was in contract was completed. We apologize to client for inconvenience and misunderstanding in this project.
