    I ordered a pair of frames and lenses from edge optics on 10/16 and paid 330$ from my own pocket after utilizing my vision insurance. I received a call on 10/19 from the employee in training who placed my order stating those frames were not actually accessible to edge optics to order and could I pick a different color. After looking at the options I really did not want to proceed with any of the different colors. On 10/21 I called and spoke to cosette who told me I could get a refund for the order but she would need manager approval and they were not in that day. I called again on 10/23 and spoke to a different lady, who stated they are trying to reach the frame company to gain access to those frames and would I be willing to wait until the end of Wednesday for them to hear back otherwise I could get a refund. I agreed to this. I received a voicemail the morning of Wednesday 10/25 stating they were still attempting to contact the company. By the end of the day on 10/25 as mutually agreed upon I called edge optics to check in. I spoke to the floor or sales manager and said I would like to proceed with a refund for the frames I ordered that they cannot provide. I was told again that I could receive a refund but they would need the owners approval and she was again not in that day. I was told specifically my refund would arrive as a check in the mail and I disputed this as I paid with a credit card and wanted the original form of payment refunded. I was told all of this was annotated in my account and the owner would reach out the following day. Today 10/26 I receive a random text message asking for my email address. I am able to find that this is in fact edge optics reaching out. I provide the address and then receive a very lengthy email with multiple false claims as to why I am seeking a refund for my order. I am refused the refund and offered options I am not interested in. I am met with lies and gaslighting and have zero interest in doing any business with them.
