              09-28-21: Fort Collins Htg and Air installed new water heater (WH) in my home. I paid the invoice (#****** $2249.38) upon completion. They emailed me copy of invoice (#******) for this work at the amount I paid. Same day they email the same invoice (#******) for $4301.38. ( I assumed this was an error as i had already paid and i have not heard anymore of this invoice.) 01-21-21: called for service as WH stopped working. no charge 03-07-21: called for service WH stopped working. no charge 03-28-21: called for service WH stopped working. no charge 04-04-22: received invoice (#****** $431.00) from them with description of replacing gas valve. The invoice is dated 03-28-22. I respond noting WH is still under warranty. 04-06-22: receive invoice (#******S $431.00) same invoice as previous, just details of work completed has been removed. I respond quoting the exact terms of their warranty and do not pay. 04-30-22: the WH stops working again, I call them and they claim to replace the gas valve again. 05-06-22: receive invoice (#******S $431.00) again They continue to send me an invoice for work which is clearly covered by their warranty and they removed the details of the warranty invoice and added an "S" to the invoice number and just state the amount due after i questioned them. I would appreciate help with this matter - the terms of their warranty state "1 year labor and 6 years WH" I don't think I should have to pay for something under warranty -*** ******

              Eric was running early on the day of my appointment window of 4-6pm. So, at 3:30pm he got started. He was more thorough than my last provider and more thorough than many providers that I have worked with. He explained what he was doing to me without compromising his workflow. He answered all of my questions and it was clear to me that he was very knowledgeable. He spent an hour and a half and took apart the condenser enclosure wall and checked all the wiring and used a chemical agent to clean the coils. I had never seen that be used before. He literally made the air conditioning condenser look like a new unit? He answered questions about filter changes, freon, etc.. He was very professional and thoughtful. For 20 years I was a commercial real estate broker and property manager and managed a significant remodel of several commercial buildings. I have worked with more sub-par HVAC technicians than I wish to recall. I wish I could take Eric in a time machine to the past when I needed him. It would have made my professional life so much better. Thanks, Eric!
