The Wyoming Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association will be covering all eligible claims for healthcare services under the provisions of WINhealth Partners insurance policies, subject to the Wyoming Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association statutory limits, terms, and conditions. Policyholders are responsible for deductible, co-pay, and coinsurance amounts due under their policies.
Claims for healthcare services should be submitted by policyholders or their healthcare providers for processing in the normal course of business. Healthcare claims DO NOT require filing of a Proof of Claim form.
