Complaint: I hired Peak Construction and Restoration to do a roofing job in September 2013. They didn't finish the job until January 2014 and that was after they had to re-do the 1st roofing job because they had put on the wrong shingles. I had interior damage to my garage after the 1st roofing job that they had to fix because despite my asking them not to take the 1st roofing off if it was going to snow...that is exactly what they did. So my garage sat unprotected for 2 days and therefore I had more damage done than I started out with. They also had to fix a gutter because it has been bent up when the 1st roofing job was done. Since the 2nd roof job has been complete I have noticed a leak within another gutter that I hadn't noticed until we started getting some good rain storms. Peak sent out an employee to take a look and he told me that it was a very simple fix that would probably take 20 minutes at most. I have been told since that time that he is no longer working for Peak which makes him the 4th or 5th employee whom I have worked with directly, who has been let go from Peak since I originally started working with this company. I have called and emailed ***** ****** (who I assume is the owner of the company) and his answering service so many times I have lost track. I have been told many times I would be contacted and haven't been. I have also been told times when someone would be over to either look at or fix the problem only to have no one show up. I still have a leaking gutter that I would really like repaired before it does further damage to my home as time goes on.
Desired Settlement: I would like to stop having someone tell me they will do this or that only to not do as they say they will. I would like someone to come and fix the gutter and do so sooner rather than later. I do not want further damage to my home because it continues to go unrepaired. I would like this issue to be done so that I no longer have to be calling Peak Construction and Restoration ever again.
