FREE CANCELLATION / TRANSFER PERIOD
One week (or greater than 7 calendar days) prior to the first day/time of class is the free cancellation / transfer period in which you may cancel or transfer courses without penalty and receive a full refund of registration and course fees.Registration refunds for cancellations received after the free cancellation / transfer period are dependent upon the duration of the course and the effective drop date. The effective cancellation date is the day the DWC receives your request.Nonattendance does not constitute a cancellation.Note: A calendar week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.
CANCELLATION / TRANSFER FEES
WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS:
Within 7 calendar days of the course date/time, cancelling for a refund or transferring your registration is allowed. Once your request has been approved, we will either transfer your registration to a class/workshop of equivalent value, provide you with a credit on file to be used within one year towards any future class(es), or refund your payment minus a 15% processing fee.
WITHIN 2 DAYS OF YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS:
Due to the minimum enrollment requirements that we follow in order to hold our classes, any cancellation or transfer request received less than 2 days (48 hours) from the class start date/time will not be accepted. No transfers, refunds, or credits will be provided.The Digital Workshop Center reserves the right to cancel a reservation if full payment has not been received by 3 days before a workshop begins. Our limit of liability is to return all monies paid to the Digital Workshop Center.
There are no exceptions to our Cancellation / Transfer Fee Policy. This policy is in effect as of October 1, 2014.
