My wife took our family expedition to Casey's car wash to have it cleaned before we went on a trip. She waited in the lobby  for more time than it usually takes, and they finally came and got her and said that her car had an accident. When she went out, there were police everywhere. Their 16 year old employee got in the car to pull it up and lost control hitting the pole setting off the air bags that held up their tent, he then went on to mason street where he jumped out of the car and let it go by itself to hit a tree and completely totaled our vehicle.  They didn't not tell my wife any of this until after they gave a police report saying the car accelerated out of control and the brakes did not work leaving their employee injured from the jump. The two truck drivers noticed the employee's drying towel under the brake and gas pedal which I'm sure he threw there before he jumped in the car. Funny how their employee pulled the car into the wash with no issues but this young boy was not able to control our car. We also had our vehicle serviced the day before since we were going on a long trip and they attested to the car's perfect condition.  The Owner was not apologetic at all and only gave us their insurance information and a refund on the car wash. We don't know the owners names, we don't know the boys name and there was only concern on their end for their business and not the damage they did to our car. We are out of a car, and completely emotionally upset trying to piece all of this together. We have taken care of this car with low mileage, paying it off and expected it to be around another 15 years.  Still shocked over such an unbelievable experience with this business.
